Founded in 2018 in a small garage in Southeast Portland, Velvet Roast began with a simple mission: source extraordinary beans and roast them with precision and care.
We work directly with farmers across Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Kenya, building relationships that ensure both exceptional quality and sustainable practices.
Every batch is roasted in small quantities on our vintage Probat, allowing us to bring out the unique character of each origin.
